We have some games that need longer sessions such as Civilisation, Twilight Imperium and Arkham Horror with extensions.
So every now and then we arrange for a session to go over time (from 5pm to 9pm). This allows some longer games to be played. On those days everyone who wants to stay pays an equal share of the additional room hire.
